Our old gas heater finally ‘gave up the ghost’ during this year’s Canberra cold snap and we were really suffering in our old double brick fridge of a house!
Of course, we called David, our water and gas doctor and he patiently outlined our heating options.
We eventually decided on hydronic heating and the results have been amazing – a gentle, ambient warmth which is much less intrusive than our old ducted system.

I can honestly say that David made my dream come true. Hydronic heating has been something I had wanted since growing up with it overseas. Thanks to David, I finally have the beauty and comfort of this type of heating. After a few delays (thanks to Covid lockdowns!), David has done a brilliant job under pretty tough installation conditions. His patience and time in the ‘preparatory stage’ was quite amazing as he made numerous visits to my home to ensure we got it right. His work was exceptionally clean and tidy and he is clearly a perfectionist – not giving up until it was exactly as he wanted it to be. I also have to thank his assistant, John, who battled the elements without a complaint and was also a pleasure to have around.
